These terms govern your purchase from GlowWonder (“we”, “us”), operated by Whaletracking LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. GlowWonder sells light-up drawing boards, creative drawing toys, and related accessories through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. How your charge appears

Your card or bank statement will show GLOWWONDER.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, check it against this descriptor and email help.whaletraking@gmail.com with the amount and date. We identify the order for you within 24 hours. An unrecognized descriptor is one of the most common causes of a mistaken fraud report.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where:

  • An item is out of stock
  • A price or description was published in error
  • We cannot ship to your address
  • The order fails our fraud screening
  • The order appears to be placed using unauthorized payment details

3. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and you must be the authorized holder of the payment method used or have the account holder’s permission.

Placing an order with a payment method you are not authorized to use is fraud, and we may report it.

4. Ordering, authorization, and order records

At checkout we collect and retain, for each order:

  • The IP address and device the order was placed from
  • The email address and phone number entered
  • The billing and shipping address
  • The address verification, AVS, and CVV results returned by your bank
  • The payment method or wallet used, such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or card entry
  • Your account or guest checkout identifier
  • Order, tracking, and delivery information

We keep this record for at least 18 months and use it to verify orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and respond to payment disputes.

5. Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Product prices exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges may apply depending on your country and are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We may correct pricing errors. If an order was placed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund the order rather than fulfill it.

6. Product descriptions, images, and normal operating characteristics

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. However, screen color, lighting, photography, and scale may vary. Small differences in color, brightness, finish, packaging, or size appearance are normal and are not defects.

Normal operating characteristics of the GlowWonder Drawing Board

The following behaviors are part of normal use and are not considered defects or grounds for a defective-item return:

Glow brightness varies by environment.
The glow effect is usually brighter in a dim or dark room. In bright daylight or strong indoor lighting, the glow may appear softer.

LED brightness may vary slightly.
Small differences in brightness near the edges or corners of the board can happen because of normal LED light diffusion. This does not mean the board is faulty.

Marker color and glow intensity can vary.
Different marker colors may appear brighter or softer on the board. Lighter neon colors often glow more strongly than darker colors.

Smudging can happen.
The board is designed for drawing and wiping clean. Fresh marker lines may smudge if touched before drying. This is normal.

Faint marker residue may remain after use.
If drawings are left on the board for a long time, or if the board is not cleaned properly, a faint residue or “ghosting” may appear. Clean the board with a soft cloth and follow the care instructions.

Only use compatible markers.
Use the included markers or compatible water-based neon/wet-erase markers. Permanent markers, oil-based markers, paint pens, or non-compatible pens may stain or damage the board and are not covered by our return policy.

Markers are consumable items.
Markers can dry out if caps are left off or if they are stored incorrectly. Marker wear from normal use is not considered a product defect.

Protective film may be present.
Some boards ship with a clear protective film on the surface. If the board looks cloudy, scratched, or dull when first opened, check whether a protective film needs to be removed before use.

Light modes may be preset.
Some models include fixed lighting modes or preset brightness levels. If your model does not include manual brightness control, this is part of the intended design.

Power source affects performance.
If your GlowWonder Drawing Board is USB-powered, a weak power source, low-quality adapter, damaged cable, or loose connection may cause dim light, flickering, or failure to turn on. Use a suitable 5V USB power source unless your product instructions state otherwise.

Accessories may vary by bundle.
Included accessories depend on the specific product bundle purchased. The product page and order confirmation show what is included with your order.

We list these characteristics here and on the product page so you know what to expect. A return request based on a behavior listed above will be treated as a change-of-mind return under our Refund & Return Policy, not as a defect.

7. Electrical specifications and safety

GlowWonder Drawing Boards may include LED lights, USB power, batteries, markers, small parts, and plastic or acrylic components. Please use the product safely.

  • Use only the power method stated in the product instructions.
  • If the board is USB-powered, use a suitable 5V USB power source.
  • Do not use damaged cables, damaged plugs, or unsafe power adapters.
  • Do not immerse the board, cable, or battery compartment in water or any liquid.
  • Keep the product away from sinks, bathtubs, rain, drinks, and other moisture.
  • Do not use the board near open flames, heaters, or high heat.
  • Do not bend, crush, step on, sit on, or force the board. Plastic or acrylic parts can crack if dropped or misused.
  • Do not stare directly into LED lights for long periods.
  • Do not shine LED lights directly into someone’s eyes.
  • Markers are for drawing on the board only. Do not use markers on skin, eyes, mouth, furniture, walls, or clothing.
  • Marker caps and small accessories may be choking hazards. Keep away from children under 3 years old.
  • Children should use the product with adult supervision.
  • If batteries are included or required, use the battery type stated in the instructions. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types. Remove batteries during long storage.
  • Clean the board only when powered off or unplugged. Use a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, alcohol, or solvents unless the instructions specifically allow it.

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, incorrect power supply, dropping, bending, using non-compatible markers, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered as a product defect.

8. Contact us before filing a payment dispute

If there is a problem with your order, contact help.whaletraking@gmail.com first.

You agree to give us a reasonable opportunity — at minimum one message and 3 business days for us to reply — to resolve the issue before contacting your bank or card issuer.

This is not a waiver of any right you have under the Fair Credit Billing Act or your card network’s rules. It is a request for the chance to fix the problem directly, which is almost always faster and usually gets you a better outcome.

Where a dispute is filed without any prior contact, we may present our full order record to your card issuer, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Payment authorization data
  • AVS and CVV results
  • IP address and device information
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Customer service communication history

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of enjoyment, lost profits, or damage caused by misuse of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States.

Nothing in this section removes protections available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your country or state of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The version in force is the version published when you place your order. We keep dated copies of our terms for reference.
